An evolving series of drawings that evoke written languages but avoid words, in the tradition of asemic writing. I invent glyph systems and then formalize them into drawn manuscript pages, adopting the role of scribe. The drawings are a personal investigation into how invisible thoughts become encoded in tangible writing, as well as a meditation on how the glyphs of history have been created.
